Shipping policy

We aim to deliver orders within 2–4 business days depending on the customer’s location.

2. Shipping Costs:

• Orders under AED 300: AED 30 shipping fee.

• Orders AED 300 or more: Free shipping.

3. Order Tracking:

Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number to follow the shipment status.

4. Delays:

The store is not responsible for delays beyond its control, such as shipping company issues or weather conditions.

5. International Shipping:

For orders outside the country, the customer is responsible for any customs fees or local taxes.

6. Delivery Confirmation:

Please ensure the address is correct when placing an order. The store is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
